Same thing happened to me over the course of a few weeks - turned out to be a router that was going bad. Call your provider and ask them to check the line. It could be anything from a bad connection on a pole to a bad cable somewhere to something you did. Guessing and telling you to do this and that won’t help you.
If this is a recent problem, then I’d try a system restore and go back a couple weeks. I can’t be of any more help without more specific info.
