When you click a link on google it opens a new tab and shows different sites? Seems normal, do you mean to say that it’s randomly throwing tabs with random sites? This could be a virus.

Restart PC in safe mode by gently tapping F-8 key, choosing Safe Mode with Networking once inside safe mode. Download, update, run Malwarebytes in Full Scan.
